NationPoint focuses on deliverying simple to advanced training and media development products supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government clients. Our team of industry professionals create educationally-focused media content that supports engaging classroom, self-directed eLearning, and mobile/immersive (AR/VR) training solutions.
Under an SBA-approved Mentor/Protégé program, Tipping Point Solutions and Chippewa Government Solutions forged the Joint Venture of NationPoint to expand and enhance their combined offerings supporting Government and Federal customers.
NationPoint LLC (NP) is a Joint Venture (JV), Tribally Owned 8(a) Disadvantaged Business with both principal partners being current 8(a) participants. NationPoint also maintains eligibility as a Tribally owned 8(a) Joint Venture, eligible to receive Sole Source contract awards up to $100M as permitted under 13CFR 123.506.
What makes our Joint Venture unique is the careful approach we’ve taken to foster a “One Team” culture, ensuring that employees from both partner companies are treated equally in pay, benefits, and employee policies. Our rich partnership is founded on much more than is typically the case with traditional Joint Venture relationships, given Tipping Point’s founder is also a member of the Sault Tribe, who owns JV partner, Chippewa Government Solutions. As a result of this connection, we offer an extremely cohesive, committed and highly reliable offering that ensures our clients a highly stable, synchronized approach, that ensures a synergy not often realized with most prime/sub or Joint Venture relationships

Recent Project Work
The Combat Medic 68W Virtual Learning Sustainment Program (VLSP) Training
The resulting development serves to provide cognitive skill assessment and sustainment for the combat medic specialists that align with prerequisite 300-68W10 course and the follow-on face-to-face Combat Medic Sustainment courses. The IMI shall include a course pre-test, adaptive learning and guided practice in lessons, and highly complex battlefield scenarios with realistic visuals and audio.
Project Goals:
- Bridge unit and 68W Soldier training gaps incurred from critical task updates implemented in response to emerging operational mission requirements including prolonged care, and primary care.
- Sustain 68W cognitive skills biannually in support of NREMT certification maintenance and in preparation for hands-on skill assessment.
Under the Analysis Phase, our team conducted the below five (5) analysis reports to support 161 individual critical tasks (skill Levels 10-40):
- Government Furnished Information (GFI)
- Individual Task Analysis (ITA)
- Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA)
- Learning Analysis (LA)
- Instructional Media Analysis (IMA)
Create storyboards and develop 200 hours of asynchronous, interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) products at interactivity Levels 2 and 3 across six (6) courses:
- Introduction to Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Anatomy and Physiology (A&P)
- Limited Primary Care (LPC)
- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)
- Prolonged Casualty Care (PCC)
- Combat Medic Leadership Sustainment (CMLS).
